Collections>Folders>Browse More Folders> selected not saved

Collections>Folders>Browse More Folders> selected not saved
Using PSP X3 on Windows XP, if a folder is selected via Collections>Folders>Browse More Folders it is saved in the Collections tree and is available in future uses of the program. In PSP X3 on Windows 7 x64 a selected folder isn't saved in the Collections tree. Is this a bug or something handled by a setting somewhere?
