This is my first post here so sorry if I'm not doing something right. I just purchased a new laptop and when I install PSP & go to run it I get this error message. I would really appreciate someones help! Thanks!

I thought to try downloading the trial version first and then entering in the product serial number like i did on my old laptop when I first purchased the download and it worked, but I tried to download the ultimate package that came with it & it's now giving me the same error message.
