Hi,
I just installed the latest version. compared to 1.0.1.10 it is much slower. generation of a jpg from the same raw with the same settings takes now 6.1 sec compared to 1.7 before. that's bad... is there anything to do ? or just go back to previous version ?
Thanks
1.0.1.30 very slow?

Your slow performance might have been a blessing in disguise. I discovered a VERY serious problem with this version, and switched back to 1.0.1.10. You have to zoom in to catch it, but the new version added gashes to my photos, see this (heavily zoomed) sample:
There is a vertical aberration slicing right through the middle person's face. Thank goodness I caught this before returning these pictures to my customer. All my photos were affected by this flaw, and most photos had several of these.

Hmmmm.... I didn't think about that before uninstalling it! I tried turning off all the noise reduction and sharpening algorithms (which didn't help), but forgot about that! Thanks, great point!!

Re: 1.0.1.30 very slow?
strange, my system is way faster. before it took a little over a second per image (ohh the agony I know!) but now I get 50 images out in 35 seconds! now if I can get it to not freeze after resuming from suspend mode. there is a lit of variables involved. (x-org edgers I'm looking at you!)
