Hi jim1174

I always try the Clone tool. This allows me to choose a size of my choice and the opacity.

Click on Clone tool in left Toolbar and go to the size in Property bar and mark the number

Go to that part you would like to edit in your picture. The tool is now a circle and scroll up and down to get the right size. In my picture, size "6" works fine.

Now, right-click nearby to get the source (later visible as cross in a circle)

Then left-click over that part you want to edit. You will always have the source (as cross in a circle) with you, which is necessary to keep control about the cloned part.

After a few left-clicks that spot is gone.

However, if you have got many stubbles in the lower part of a face, then it is not as easy as in my spot sample.
I work for the Corel UK Support. I will not give technical support through this forum and my answer is only related to this thread.

You could also use the blemish remover in cosmetic tools....but like Simone said this depends on how much stubble. Since you said you're clean shaven, both should work.
