OUT OF DISC SPACE

I'm running version 7 that is installed on the C drive. After several successful burns, I got a message saying I was out of space. I have an external drive with lots of room but have been unable to access it. I tried reloading the software on my H drive but was not given the opportunity to "browse" and install it on a drive other than C. What next?

Check the Preferences and designate a different location for your capture and project files.

Also check MyDocuments -> Ulead Videostudio -> 7.0 and clean out the Convert and BurnTmp folders if they exist.

When I deleted Convert and Burntemp, I gained nearly 2 Gigs.

Going to preferences and changing drives was a little bit tricky but possible even for a novice like me.

I'm back in business...thanks to you.

This forum is a lot more effective than Ulead's technical support.
