Spooling but no printing

Hi
i have tried searching this issue for a few days now

when ever i try to print from PSP X4 the spool message pops up but never prints
printing from all my other software works fine, anyone come across this or know of a fix

specs
software: PSP X4 , SP3
Windows 7, 64 bit
Printer: Kodak ESP C310
