I have been having trouble burning DVDs from VideoStudio X4 so I reinstalled and put in Service Pack 2. Still no luck. When I go to share and then pick out Make Disc/DVD the project loads but I cannot go on from there. The NEXT button is grayed out no matter what I do. Any suggestions on this?
Thank you,
Jim Dodds

Re: disc burning problems
Your profile information says you have Vista - is that still correct - I have heard reports of X4 doing that on Windows 7 but not on Vista.
A work around which works for many people with this problem is to use 'Alt+N' to advance through the module.

Yes, I have Vista 64 bit Home Premium. Thanks, but Alt-N got no response. I'm planning on upgrading soon to Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Do you think that will clear up this problem?BrianCee wrote:Your profile information says you have Vista - is that still correct - I have heard reports of X4 doing that on Windows 7 but not on Vista.

Meanwhile I've been making an MPEG file and using another program to burn it to disc (which is a pain).

Whoa! I unchecked the menu box and use first clip box and then Alt-N worked! Cool!JimDodds wrote:BrianCee wrote:Your profile information says you have Vista - is that still correct - I have heard reports of X4 doing that on Windows 7 but not on Vista.

Re: disc burning problems
That was quick. I think Vista users should be notified with this work around.
