unspecified error 5.0.0 stops burn module
I have been having a problem with large file being burned onto a DL dvd disc. Eery once in a while when I try to burn the file it will go so far and then stop with a unspecified error 5.0.0 cannot complete. It will work sometimes and at other times it will quit working. I have been using verbatum DVD+R DL disc which have worked but not all the time. Any ideas why this is happening. It is frustrating throwing away disc because it is getting an error. Thanks

Re: unspecified error 5.0.0 stops burn module
I will try those suggestions. One hang up though is on item 2 where it says in the more settings options to set the burn speed to the lowest setting. On my computer with internal burner it will not let me change that setting. From what I can see it looks to be set on maximum. Any way to change this? Thanks
