How to move an ASP catalog from Linux to Windows?
I've switched recently from Linux to Windows (just for photo developmnet purposes) and would like to use in Windows my ASF catalog which I created in Linux. Is there any way I can do that more or less painlessly? To make things worse, I've imported my photos to Lightroom, which is going to be my main picture development program, and now the only solution that came to my mind is to copy all xmp files that AFS created to the respecive subcatalogs in the Lightroom catalog and to import the pictures and their developmnet settings back to AFS. Will it work? I guess I'll loose the history of changes, anything else?

You should be able to transfer the catalog by copying over the whole tree and then adjusting the reference points for the files via movable paths.
As soon as you have the catalog working, it is trivial to generate standard XMPs for all the fiels that LR can pick up.
