Music should be so simple... how do I do it

I want to add tract to 5 slides, then change to another song for 5 slides. The problem is when I place the first song on slide 1 it is fine. Then I grab the second song and drag it to slide 6 and the first one is gone. How do I deside when a song starts and stops?

In advanced audio options you should have a list of music (this is actually a folder, you can browse and change it to the location you want) on the left hand side and your slide show on the bottom. Drag the song you want to the slide you want and a music note should appear in the bar beneath it. That denotes a song starting there.

Is that what you were doing?

OK maybe I am a dolt but I do not find and Advance tab. Just to make sure I am on the same page. I am using Movie Factory 2.0 Photo slide show. When I have my slides all placed I then click on background music and then I seem my list of songs I pick the ones I want. Now if I had 99 slides and chose 2 or 3 songs and drag them to the first slide and do a preview song one plays then two and so on. But what I want to do is for the first 5 slides play one song, then 6-10 play another song and then 11-15 a 3rd song. When I place song 1 on slide one the note shows in the corner. Then I go to slide 6 and bring down song #2 and then the blue line moves over and the note shows in slide 6, but the song on slide 1 is gone.

I do not see an advance tab anyplace, where should it be?

Ahh, sorry. Thought you were using Pictureshow (technically there is another forum for Movie Factory) I don't think MF2 can handle more than one song in that mode. You would have to string the songs together before hand and add the combined music in.
