WinDVD Pro 11- Disable Pause Timeout?

When I pause playback of a DVD, pause works fine. But after a while pause terminates and returns to the start-up screen. When I press play, it starts playing the DVD from the beginning even though the Resume Setting is "Always start from last position".

1. Any way to disable or lengthen the pause timeout "feature"?

2. Anyone else have a problem with the Resume Setting is "Always start from last position"? It works okay when I exit while playing a DVD. But it doesn't when I press play on the startup screen after the pause timeout.

This is the first time seeing this kind of issue with WinDVD 11. Have you downloaded or install all the updates for your WinDVD?

I have the same problem. Really annoying feature to add. Really annoying it is not an easily accessible setting to change. Did you ever find a solution?
