Moving Video Studio from one computer to another

That error message is Corel's very strange way of telling you that SP2 is already installed - presumably you have set the desktop slightly differently and it installs updates without checking with you.

Check you version number - open "Corel Guide" - click on the two little cog wheels in the top right corner - choose "About Corel VideoStudio X5" and note the version number down the left side - if it says "Corel VideoStudio Pro 15.2.0.10" then service pack two is already installed - as indicated by the 2 in the numerical sequence.

If your version is 15.2.0.10 then you already have SP2 installed. The 2 indicates SP2.)

Thank you, Brian & Ken. Indeed, it seems I have V15.2.0.10! So simple. It's a pity the error message doesn't say something more informative.
