How to edit (prepare) this example with asp?

Hello everybody!

I do most of my pictures of my childern. So is it possible to remove this disturbin soil around the mouth partie. I do not get good results with the repair/clone tool.
Maybe someone knows how to do it?
Here is a cut of the picture:
