I've been a ulead user since PI 4. untilrecently i've been very happy with the product. However...i have been trying to reach ANYONE at customer service for over 2 weeks, i have sent at least 10 emails via the customer service form,to date no response what so ever. I think Ulead needs to focus a bit more on taking care of their loyal following. I am very disappointed with both customer service andwith tech support.

Ok...well I upgraded tp PI 10 a few months ago. I downloaded the upgrade vis the Ulead website and all was well. Iam now switching computers and would like to install PI 10 on the new computer. But the new download company says that it is Ulead issue and i need to contact them. I tried to do just that...and ...well here I am.

Since legally you can only put one copy of the software on one computer, they have no way of telling whether you will comply, so they are bulking.

If you had the Disc you would not have a problem, but the purchased download and the fact that you want to put a copy on another computer, makes them nervous.

I would have to say this is a touchy one to get resolved. If you can still order a backup Disc, I would do so immediately, problem resolved. Otherwise you will have to fight this one out with Customer Service, I believe they recently moved to the MOON!

glyndower, you lost me somewhere, what exactly is it that is a Ulead issue? Are you unable to move PI to the new machine?

Did you make a backup of the downloaded file? If not, you only got yourself to blame for the problems you are having.
