Sorry for any delay in replying to your problem
Yes it would appear that resetting the library does lose the Boris FX filter.
At least I was able to replicate that.
You need to reset the program.
1 / Close Video Studio
2 / Go to
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Corel VideoStudio Pro
3 / Rename “14.0” to “14.0 copy”
4 / Start Video Studio an new “14.0” folder will be created.
