Just tested the same with my Win8 laptop and it works and there also it is now PSPX4 v. 14.3.0.3. There must have been something funny leftover in the register, or has the Sp3 been updated? Anyway now I don't get the error message complaining about the clashing versions. Problem solved, but no idea what caused it originally.
