New Blue Not Visible in VS Pro X5 Ultimate

In a prior post I commented on how proDad wasn't visible. Looking through the X5 install folders, I see a bunch of New Blue filters not visible either. The attached image shows the filters in the vft_plug folder, that aren't available within the program. I don't know what's going on.

Are you sure, the new blue effects included within X5 do not necessarily show as a New Blue Filter, how many filters do you have when you click on the FX icon under the ALL category, you should have about 100 filters. Compare the names in the FX folder against the names in the vft_plugin folder, then report back

I am attaching two images. One shows all the FX available in the FX menu, the other shows the contents of the vft folder. Huge difference. I cannot figure why all these effects won't display.
