Requesting a cnews.corel.com Newsgroup for PSPX5

I have been attempting to contact Corel, which is harder than winning the lottery.
I have spoken to Jennifer Topping in Corel Your Way, who has passed on the request to the IT person who deals with setting up newsgroups.

There is some progress of sorts, there is finally a mention of newsgroups on the Corel website:

Unfortunately there is no mention of PaintShop Pro that I can see, actually it appears that the article is incomplete.
I did smile at the suggestion to launch Outlook Express, wow, very up to date.

Can a Corel employee please shed some light on why the newsgroup has not appeared yet?

It's the same article

The cnews.corel.com newsgroups have been going for a very long time.
Every time a new version of PSP comes out, the newsgroups are a bit slow in being updated.
I had to ask for an X4 group for quite some time.
I have been asking for the X5 group, as the users in the Photography group and in the X4 group have been asking where the X5 group is.
I am beginning to sound like a cracked record.
I asked Jennifer Topping in Corel Your Way, to pass on the message to whoever is in charge of newsgroups.
It used to be someone called Diane.. but she seems to have vanished (not an unusual happening in Corel..!)

If you can knock some heads together, that would be great!
