Any wavelet plugins for PSP ?

In Gimp, I am using Wavelet Denoise, Wavelet Decompose and Wavelet Sharpen all the time.

Are there any such plugins for PSP ?

(I just wish they would use Gimp plugins instead of Photoshop ones... this would open such a huge resource of excellent free plugins !)
