Video introduction
I am trying to create a introduction clip to a video. This is just a short written intro describing the contents of the video. Is there a method in VideoStudio X5 Pro that would allow me to do this? Appreciate any assistance.

Re: Video introduction
just use the title option and keep typing
what are you trying to achieve - just a screen full of text - a scrolling upwards text - a sliding sideways text - pictures and text - a menu type intro ?.
VideoStudio can do all sorts of introductory texts and pictures effects - but unless your a bit more specific with your requirements it is very difficult to tell you what to do.
have a look at this video see if this is something like what you are after :-

Re: Video introduction
There are tutorials covering some of the scrolling text features. You can do virtually anything with VSx5.
An example of an upward scroll. Make sure you have video or a colour block on the top timeline. Go to Title and pick the fifth box along (text is scrolling upwards). Drag on to the Title timeline. Delete the "Lorem Ipsum" and replace with your text. You will need to decide font and size plus where you want the line to end. (return key) Make sure the Title box aligns with with the box on the video track. The speed is controlled by dragging out the tracks to slow them down.
I often use a still photo for the title background, It does not distract from the title and I can vary the title scroll speed by dragging both video and title tracks to the timing I want.

I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not so sure.
