Re: crashes
Hi John. Since you tell us nothing about what you are doing, what formats you are using, what editing you are applying e.g. filters, and what you are trying to produce, it is impossible to say what might be causing the crashes. So can you please give us some more information and someone may be able to help.

Re: crashes
Hi Ken, I am compiling a video in HD, i have made several 'projects' which i have put together to make one film of 60 minute duration. when i want to scroll along to a section i wish to change, this unexpected error message pops up and the program closes. I'm probably doing something wrong!!!

Re: crashes
John,
I had received a similar message with VSX5 Pro while creating a video file. Although my circumstances are not the same as yours, a reinstallation of Direct X 11 eliminated my problem. It might be something else to try.

Re: crashes
Thanks Gary, That didn't work either i'm afraid! How do I contact Technical Support? this is driving me MAD!!!!!!!!
Is there any way of importing a project into another project other than using the import folder at the top of the screen, so that the actual compilation can be seen and adjusted. like you can on Adobe! I think that is where it's getting upset.
