Have only recently purchased and installed X5. I am coming from PSPv9 (and doing so reluctantly. <Smile>)
I am attempting to duplicate the tool toolbar that I am use to in PSPv9 in X5. I have been successful except for one group. In PSPv9, the Dropper tool and the Color Replacer tool are in the same group. I have been able to create a new Button Group and place both tools into it. What I can not figure out is how to have the new button group display an icon. All other groups display the icon of the first tool in the group listing.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Re: Adding new button group to Tool toolbar
UPDATE - 1 December 2012
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: I had overlooked the fact that you need to press the Control key when you drag an existing working button group to the new test toolbar. If you do this, the original button group stays on the original toolbar and a copy of it is moved to the new toolbar. All other steps remain unchanged.

Luckily, I was able to resolve this issue with help from another source. To help others who may experience the same problem, I offer the following.
There appears to be a bug when adding a new button group. While it creates the group and allows you to insert commands within that group, the button does not display a command icon.
The workaround:
Enter customize mode:
1. create new toolbar.
2. CTRL-drag an existing working button group from tool toolbar to new test toolbar.
3. insert with in the copied button group the desired tools
4. remove from within the copied button group the undesired tools.
- The new toolbar button group should display the icon of the first tool with the group.
5. drag the button group from the test toolbar and drop it on the old toolbar in the desired position
6. delete the test toolbar as it no longer is required.
Many thanks to Suz Shook & RoseW for helping me troubleshoot this issue.
