Warning: MF & Windows Explorer

Having suffered considerable grief at 'loosing' several DVD folders (*.dwz), I should like to warn other users of MF (I'm using MF 3.0SE) that if one opens a folder from Windows Explorer that MF does not ask you if you would like to save the project, when one closes or cancels modifications to the file, (as MF normally does) and automatically deletes the original folder!

Fortunately, I found that any associated Disc Image File was unaffected. However, I couldn't find anyway of converting this type of file back to .dwz data, so that I could do any modifications to a project. Does anyone know if this is possible?
