As I understand it, that model Lumix films AVCHD 1920 x 1080 at 60 full frames per second. In theory at least, X4 should be able to at least open such video, though you might have trouble outputting in the same format with that frame rate.
The first version of VS which actually contains a direct ability to switch on 50/60P editing, however, is the current X5 version.

films 1920x1080 60fps AVCHD works fine with VSX4!
the PANASONIC FZ200 capture high-speed videos 1280x720-120fps or 640x480-240fps, and automatically convert it in 30fps format .MP4, resulting nice slow-mo videos.
to edit these slow-mo videos in VSX4, I need convert it in other format ex. .wmv
I tried VSX5 and also could not open them
