Mpeg 2 long gop codec and VS 4/5 ?

Hello

i just bought a new cam Canon C300, but its seems like that its codec is not compatible with VS4pro!?

i wonder if any one was working successfully in VS with that codec? Codec - mpeg 2 long gop, 4:2:2 Color Sampling/Space, File Format: MXF

its same codec that is used in : canon c300, Canon XF300/305, Canon XF100/105

Hmmm - it will be interesting to see if you get many responses - but I can't believe there are many people using a camera of that price and spec. who edit in a consumer level editing programme like VideoStudio.

xf100/5 - consumer cam but codec is same
