I just ordered a new computer Windows 8 64 bit. I have an upgrade copy of VSx4 (around here somehwere) I did not install it because it
said the min. requirement was 1.4g processor. Mine is a little smaller. I have to find the box.
Will VSX4 work with Windows8, and when I (try) install it will their be aproblem withe the 32 bit ( I am thinking the program comes with both)
I am also thinking like previous version it will just require me to enter the previous version numbers in before it will install VSX4?
thanks,
Bruce

Not sure if X4 will work fully with Win 8, though if it doesn't, you could try compatibility mode I guess...
VS is only 32 bit and you can still install it on a 64 bit computer.
And if your X4 was an upgrade version, yes, you will be required to enter the earlier version S/N as well as the X4 one.

At this time.. VideoStudio Pro X4 is not compatible with Windows 8 - http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... patibility
Just like what Ken said you can always use the compatibility mode - but that's always not working as design.
