Skipping through clips

I want to creat a DVD-Video disc. I've added 8 clips and created a dvd.iso but when I'm playing it in PowerDVD 5 I cannot skip to the next or previous clip. My question is how to do that?

You need to use a video editor (Ulead Video Studio, etc.) to join the clips together into one big move. I think this is called one "title" in DVD terminology. Then, you can make each clip a different "chapter", and the >>| and |<< buttons on your remote will skip forward & back between chapters/clips.
