Creating DVD Menus

I'm so frustrated right now. I'm probably being an idiot, but with this product (VideoStudio 9.0) you ARE supposed to be able to create DVD menus like a real DVD aka main main with scene selections? and then when you select one on the DVD it takes you to a specfic scene or movie right? If so, how do you do that, I have not been able to figure this out and tech support is closed and please help me!

Also it is very similiar to how you would use DVD Moviefactory. If you follow this tutorial it will guide you through VS9's authoring very much the same way.

It guides you through the menu/chapter process.
Customizing the chapter page is the same as customizing the menu.
Select your chapter page from the drop down box top centre.

the manual is not very good atall on the menu's part of it.

hi ulead user,

just bought VS 9 boxed by mail ,how many DVD menu templates and sound files i should get. seems a little short only 9 menu temps and 12 sound files.Is that all?

ex pinnacle user so maybe expecting to much

I just did a quick count in VS9 and found over 80 menu templates (not including your own customized menus) and over 65 sound files. Be sure to check out your Bonus CD.
