What is the best approach to simulate a Jib Jab with VS

Post by myblackf150 »

I imported a video ( not long ) and placed a head to overlay. I would like to have the head move along with the body.
Have any of you have any best practices, short-cuts or tools of the trade to make this work?
I'd very much appreciate it.
