Blacks and Zsoft not appearing on jpeg output

Hi

I have a number of shots where I applied a liberal amount of softeneing to get the affect I wanted as well as some Black point adjustment, the affects appear on screen in aftershot but when I output to a Jpeg file at 92% both these affects are absent yet the cropping and other changes have gone thru to the jpeg output.

First time happening to you? If you are able to export without a problem, then you can delete or what afx is saying "nuke the cache".
