I am having trouble getting my tubes to show up in the Tube tool drop down box. If they are downloaded with the .tub extension they show fine. But if the need to be converted they don't work. I've tried 2 different converter programs and couldn't get them to work. I contacted Support and was told that was outside there parameters to help. Been trying to figure this out for 4 days now.
I used PSP5 a long time ago and used a converter that worked great. Now can't seem to get anything to help get my downloaded tubes to register in my Tube Tool . Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ...Thanks so much.

Re: PSP X5 Picture Tubes
You are not supposed to have to convert anything to get the tubes to show. NOrmally, you would just place them in the Picture Tubes folder for your version of PSP and it will retrieve them there.
Other than that, can you open the tub file in your PSP? If so, maybe you can re-export them with the same parameters, like number of images across, down, the step, etc.? Did you try that?

Re: PSP X5 Picture Tubes
Also if you have an image that you want to be a picture or use as a picture, just export them as picture tube.. you can do that by going to FILE > EXPORT > PICTURE TUBE...
