My logo is made of 9 boxes. I want to create an intro where the blocks of the logo are joining / sliding from different directions outside the view to make one image (full logo image).
Like in PowerPoint but in a biot more controlled way.
Is this possible in Corel Video Studio?
Slide in different pieces of logo to make entire image

I would have thought so - you will need to have each part as a separate image, then open up 9 overlay tracks and put an image in each one and set each box to come in and join with the others.

Hi
Interesting idea, and yes like Brian would think it possible, in fact maybe done a few ways.
As an option.
I thought of the Blowout transition, render the effect then reverse video.
To add to Brians overlay option use the Picture in Picture filter may help.
Even so matching all 9 images to one is gonna be a little tricky, especially if you dont want to see the joins?
Are you able to make the 9 logo images available.

I can break it into 9 images no problem, this is how I intended to start.
However I am not sure how precisely will I be able to place the bits in position. I will try it when I get to my main computer.

it may well be best to follow Trevors suggestion and start with it all together then each piece flies out - then reverse the video to get the effect you want.milosh wrote:I can break it into 9 images no problem, this is how I intended to start.

Hi
Try the attached zip file of a smart package, will open using VS X5.
May give you an idea of what can be achieved.
Using 9 overlay tracks can be a little demanding on the mind, well it was on mine.
Each clip having P-in -P applied
Copy and Paste attributes helps in setting some timeline positions, whilst copy and paste keyframes in P-in-P is a definite bonus.
Oh --- P-in-P also requires Chroma Key frame mask to remove the black background.
