Failure to change menu template.

Post by Nicch8 »

Hello,
I am burning a few videos onto a 8.5gb dual layer dvd and everything was working fine with the mp4 files that I was burning but once I started a new project and added some avi files to it I get an error when trying to add the menu. I try to change the menu template and an error comes up saying "Failed to change menu template" The other discs I've done have been fine but now it keeps displaying this error message. The files are only 7.29gb so I have plenty of room to add a menu. I don't know what is wrong.

I'm using DVD Factory 7. I tried other files and they all worked so I converted it to mp4 but now I get a box saying that it couldn't open the file because of file format mismatch but every other mp4 file works. I'll try to do the update and see what happens and try the directx thing as well.

***Update. I tried to do the update and I have the current directx but it's still doing it. I'm back to square one.
