Hy, after working with some pictures in PaintShopProX4 I saved them as jpeg and tif, but the brightnes of the pictures is diferent ( they are darker) outside PaintShop. Is there something I should do to keep the original brightness?

Do you mean that the jpg is darker than the tif or that both are darker when viewed outside paint shop pro.
When you reload a copy into PSP does it become lighter again?
How are you viewing the image outside PSP? Is it against a white background (which will make it appear darker ) as compared to the same image against the darker workspace of PSP (which will make it appear lighter)?
