Need Help reinstalling VideoStudio Prox4

I used to run the program in my old Window Vista computer without problem. I recently bought a Window 7 64 bit laptop with Intel i-7 and 8 gb memory. I install the program and ran it a few times with no problem. But recently I cannot run it. I tried unstalling it, it gives me the message that "setup.xml cannot be loaded, the file may be corrupt.". I put in original program CD and tried to reinstall it. It gives the same message again. What can I do? Can anyone help me?

If one of the installation files is corrupt then just re-installing may not correct the problem - first step is to completely remove the corrupt programme. Unfortunately just using the windows "remove program" option does not remove every file from your computer - so the first step is to completely remove the original programme manually - you do that by following the procedure provided by Corel which you will find here :-
