Problem downloading/installing bonus file in Corel Guide Do
I've been working with Corel tech support with this and haven't been able to solve it. I have the downloaded ultimate package for PSP X5. The files appear to download but will not install. The Do More button still tells me to download and when I exit PSP, I get the Install Now window. Other than that, I've had no problems with X5.

Hi rickybob
And welcome to the forums
Are you saying that the Install Now always pops up every time you close PSP. Do you know if the Bonus file is actually installed.
From the Do-More - Is the option to download the file still available or marked as “installed.
Can you tell us what Corel tech support advised you so we do not cover the same ground.
I do not own PSP X5, hopefully others will reply

This may be related to your diretx, specially if a screen on PSP is not responding. You may want to update your direct x...

Re: Problem downloading/installing bonus file in Corel Guide
Hi lata,
Sorry I haven't replied quickly. So far I've run a repair on PSP, tried removing hte trial and loading the full downloaded version, updated Direct X, and went into My Documents > Corel Paint Shop Pro > 15.0 and lookedin the Tubes and Frames folders (the only two I tried to install and the folders were empty. The Corel tech has really tried to help but nothing we've tried has corrected the situation.
