Changing Language changes UI Settings

Hi,

did someone see this behavior? If i change the language (German - English), it changes the UI Settings.

Yes, because those settings are stored in language specific files.
(I drove me nuts at Photokina when the others where switching my heavily customized setup to German and I lost my layout....)
See the locale directory in your user folder.
