Video problem

Post by outerspacegirls »

Hey I hope someone on here could help.

Every time i drag a video into Corel Video Studio X4 Pro. It shows up double, black and white ish and lined. I could not seem to solve it and continued editing anyway. Because Everytime i edited the video with the [ ] option menu, it would go back into normal and color in that pop up editing window itself, like the video file opened on the right. But when i export this video project it turns into that same black white, lined error video.

I hope someone knows a solution to this???

We'll see what we can do - but first a bit more information please - what are the videos you are using - where did they come from and what process did you use to get them on your computer.

can you RIGHT click over one of the videos in the time line and choose 'properties' from the pop out - copy those properties and post on here please.

then we'll progress from there.

It can be a codec issue.. though providing the information that Briancee is asking will surely help us determine the real problem. Just incase... Here are some of the codecs that you may want to install.
RealPlayer: http://www.real.com/
