Current version?

What is the current version? And is further development going on with M3D?

I would not want to purchase an abandoned product.

First off, this is a user to user web board. All of us here are volunteer users, just like you. Only one works for Corel, but still comes here on a personal basis. So we have no idea what Corel might be thinking.

That being said, Motion Studio 3D is certainly not an abandoned product. It is fact a revived version of an old Ulead product (Cool 3D) which did the same sorts of things (only much slower). We had thought that older product had in fact been abandoned when Corel took over Ulead. So we were very pleased when it was revived.

However, we have no idea what developmental work might be going on on the product within Corel or when an update might come out.

Currently is the only version.

I think, I guess, It seems to be able to know whether to wait one more year(until 2013. 09 ????) product updates.
Frankly, I'm disappointing. Because, the update is too late.
