I shooted a scene with canon legria hfr106 and with hd-setting (but not full hd)
i need to blur car registry plate that pans from outside of the image to the center.
Works almost ok with overlay+mosaic+crop...
...BUT...
The cropping custom position dialog's edge is not the edge of the video. There is a 20 - 50 px cap between and crop does not go over that margin!!
How to remove the "safe margin" and allow effect to go all the way to the edge ??

I am not sure exactly what filters you are applying but did try a few and did have problems with clip staying on screen, with some options?
Using the Picture in Picture filter seemed to work best
You have to use the Chrome Key full mask to remove the black outline
Then set the keyframes, sizes and positions of the clip.
This certainly does leave the screen
