Video playback control options on webpage

Post by lobo »

The first time I exported my video to my web page I was not prompted to use Microsoft's Active Movie Control. Thus it plays by itself and the viewer has no control.

Is there a way I can add this in preferences so that I will be prompted in the future?

the file is .rm (real media)

and the export function was from unlead video - where it encodes the webpage for you....

I haven't tried this option and not sure what html file VS is exporting

But make sure to open the web page it created and find if Real player's class-id is embeded in the html. If not you will have to add that. You may find something useful here:
