3ds import in trial version

Post by thordn »

Hello,
it is possible to import the 3ds files that comes with the installation,
but it is not possible to import any other 3ds file.
Is that a limitation in the trial version.

Hi thordn

and welcome to the forums

I have just tried importing a 3D model, File Import 3D Model, there are two file available a "Satellite" and "Violin" both import ok. If you have your own files try this option.

The Easy Palette--Objects--3D Models have 45 different samples, double click to insert to the project, or drag and drop to the preview screen.

The trial version should have the same functionality as the purchased product, however the library and samples may be limited
