i cant save anything in ulead cool 360 can someone help me out. i tried the thing it says in the tech support but it doesnt work. thanks alot.

it freezes after it says merging #1 and then after a ffew minutes the end now window pops up.

sorry is says reloading image #1 and then it freezes. I am getting very frustrated with this program.
