Yes and no...
It is not automatic in X4 like it is in X5, but you can take a raw and create several copies adjust the exposure and then merge using the X4 HDR feature.
In X5 you pick one photo you tell X5 how far out in exposure you want to go and it makes the copies in temp and then merges them in standard HDR fashion. Kind of nice actually.
If it were me I would not put a dot in the X4 column
