I I have VideoStudio Pro X5. I installed it and tried to open. But it became fail. So I retried it by using administrator mood. But it also useless. Then I re installed it. But the problem is same,
At sometime, when I tried to open it, It appears welcome window like this,
then it took more than 10 - 11 minutes without any respond. So I closed it by using task manager option.
Sometimes, It shows welcome window like this and then,
it shows error massage like,
"The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning.
Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis.
C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\vstudio_1.6.2.69_20120712_135244.DMP"
sometimes 2 error massages are coming..
The dump file name is different each time.
After close them, another error massage are coming and ask to check online for the solution, I click it, But no result. Program closed, I tried several time, but no result, Error massages are coming and program got close.
The program does not function at all now. I do re installed 2 times, then installed new quick time plugins too, But the error is still and no way to run this program well.
so what should I do now.
Please give me the solution for this.

Let us try to first start on a clean slate by manually removing the program from your computer -- http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X5
Then reinstall by redownloading a new installer from your corel.com account -- http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... d-My-Order -- if you have an old installer, I suggest that you delete them.
After reinstalling download the update for VS X5 at http://www.corel.com/corel/pages/index. ... id=4700015
