Capturing- white lines top left

Im getting white lines at the top left of my video which i capture. I can use my tv card to capture, win MM or ulead and i still get the same results. Im guessing its hardware, so how can i solve it??

Anyone had the same results?

Use the Crop video filter, using a horizontal and vertical size of 98% or so -- that will eliminate the fuzzys that appear in all captures from analog video sources.
