Not talking about the cartoon effect here...
Does anyone know of any good tutorial sites that teach you how to use PI for cartooning ?

A couple of things you can try:

1. Search for "cartooning" "photoimpact" tutorial (with the quotes) using Google or your favorite search engine.

thanks, but I am not looking for something that cartoonifies a photo. I'm talking about original cartooning.

The difficulty is finding anything for PhotoImpact these days.
