Well I've got a problem when I work with layers, when I want to merge the layers, PSP closes everytime. If I register my work before merging the layers, it's ok.
What can I do ?( I don't know if my words are OK because I'm french).
Thank you for the answer.

Re: PSP X5 bug
The only word I am confused by is "register" since you don't register work. Oh well, blame my lack of thought.
On another forum someone suggests using "Merge Visible" instead of the regular "Merge" to merge the layers. Not everyone experiences this bug but the development team is aware of it.

Re: PSP X5 bug
Tested that out the other day and did have one crash about 3 seconds after I thought it had worked OK, Have just repeated with a number of images and changing the Opacity of different levels and then doing a Merge all layers both from a modified context menu attached to the Layers Palette (ala X2) and also from the Menu Bar: Layers --> merge all and could not repeat any crash.
So I guess unless it is repeatable for a large number of users may have to look elsewhere.

That's not happened here, but of course that doesn't help you.
Have you installed the Service Pack1?
X5 has been very stable on my computer, but others have experienced crashes, so you are not alone.
