Help with display fail

When i click on Help- help topics- i get an error ( Web Works-Help Display Fail ) can someone help me fix this Thanks John

Are you currently online when you access the HELP TOPICS? If not then you may need to install the offline HELP files.

I am having this same problem...I get a message that says: "Web Works help display fail!"

I have read on here and other placed to set the browser default an use default settings...followed those instructions..
DIDN'T WORK
I also read somewhere that it could be "Microsoft frameworks" so I re installed all of those...messed my machine up so bad I had to put a entire backup on.

I just finished putting on the patch to upgrade from 4.2.0.1 to 4.3.0.3
DIDN'T WORK

Any other suggestions on how I can get the help files to work?

I am using XP pro....
corel pro x4 4.2.0.1
when I try to access help I get this message:
"Web Works Help Display Fail!"
I am online at the time
I have tried to re install the help files and get this message:
"Fatal Error during installation" system not modified
I have installed the service pack 3 to bring pro x4 to 4.3.0.3
re installed all Microsoft frameworks.
Messed my machine up where I had to put a ENTIRE backup on...
Changed the default on my brower
Have tried all three FireFox 17, Chrome latest version, IE version 8

nothing that I have read anywhere is working!
Can you offer any other suggestion?
Very disturbed....I see others with the same problem and I have tried all the things they have done but I still don't get help.
