It appears to be a standard Windows Executable...try double-clicking and follow the instructions. I am downloading now, and will keep you updated

There is also a downloadable and savable copy of PSPX5_SP1.exe which could be useful.
When I installed SP1 I wasn't given the option to save the file.

Yip, as expected, just double-click, and the patch runs automatically...just an update to the current help files for offline use by the looks of it. Haven't tested to see what happens when the PC is offline though...

Well, when you disconnect from the internet and then select "Help Topics" from the help menu it should open up IE and show you a copy of the help files that are now on your harddrive instead of on the internet. Does it not?

LeviFiction - Yes, the offline help files will only work if you're not connected to the internet. Even if you install the help file, if your connected to the net, it will always access the online help section.
In case you want to know, the path of URL of the offline help files is -- file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Corel/Corel%20PaintShop%20Pro%20X5/Languages/EN/Help/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=intro_page.html

Re: Update for X5 - PaintShop Pro X5 Help Files
So, I played with it and realize that this "Help Update" is not necessary for PSP X5 15.1.0.10 if you installed it from latest TRIAL/Full version. It contains update of Help for langs other than English (Poland - PL, ...).
So it is not necessary at all. (If you installed from latest TRIAL, no SP1 or Help Update in needed).
Admin note - Radim - please do not return to the first post in a topic and edit it with information you found out much later - post additional information as a new post to keep the topic in chronological order - or it will confuse every body - BC
